Here is EASE 2025 Activity Report, highlighting a year characterised by extensive dialogue, cooperation and engagement across the European sports movement!
Throughout 2025, EASE strengthened its presence at European level, notably through the mobility project Charting Europe. This initiative enabled EASE to engage with sports organisations in 15 European Union countries, contributing to a deeper understanding of the realities, challenges and priorities faced by sport employers across Europe, while also supporting the wider dissemination of EASE’s work.

During these exchanges, particular emphasis was placed on sharing the European Social Charter for Sport Events and the Recommendations for an Inclusive Sports Workplace, two key initiatives reflecting EASE’s commitment to social responsibility, inclusion and quality employment in sport.
In parallel, EASE continued to participate in several European projects in close cooperation with its members and partners, whose expertise and engagement played a central role in the achievement of the organisation’s objectives.
The year concluded with the organisation of a European conference on 12 December 2025 at the Portuguese Permanent Representation in Brussels. The event brought together more than 60 European stakeholders to discuss the renewal of European social dialogue in sport and the importance of European funding for grassroots sport, particularly in the context of the 2028–2034 Multiannual Financial Framework.
This event further consolidated EASE’s role as a representative organisation of sport employers at European level.

This activity report provides an overview of EASE’s actions and achievements throughout 2025 and reflects a year of sustained engagement and strategic development for the organisation.
