Laurent Martini is the executive director of EASE and the the general delegate of our french member, the CoSMoS. He previously worked with the UCPA as Director of the Training Program, Director of Human Ressources and Deputy General Manager, with the sailing school Les Glénans as General Manager and with the French National Olympic Committee as Executive Director.
Laurent Martini is also the President of the Paris Saint-Germain Handball Association and a member of the administrative board of the association Solidarité Sida.
Christophe Grognard joined EASE in 2023, and has worked as European Development manager since September 2024. He holds a master’s degree in public policy from Sciences Po Paris and a master’s degree in the history of European relations in the 18th century from Sorbonne University.
Before joining EASE, he notably worked in public authorities, for the Institutionnal Delegation for Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games (DIJOP) and for the French Anti-Doping Agency (AFLD).
Raphaël Battesti has joined EASE at the beginning of September 2024 as an apprentice and is now the full-time Capacity-building & Innovation Manager at EASE. He holds a master’s degreee in Business Law and Sports Law at the University of Lille II, which he obtained following a Bachelor’s degree in general law at the University of Corsica
He previously worked for Keiring as a Data Protection intern, and for the Stade Rennais F.C. as a legal assistant.
Cassandra holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Law and Applied Foreign Languages from Nantes Université. She is now pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Law and Sports Law at Université Bourgogne Europe.
Before joining EASE, Cassandra gained diverse professional experience within the public and sports sectors, working as a Legal intern at a city hall’s sports department, at a Regional Basketball League (Ligue Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes de BasketBall), and at INSEP – Institut National du Sport, de l’Expertise et de la Performance. She also spent a year in the United States at Allegheny College, where she studied Political Science.
Shinead holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Bordeaux and is currently pursuing a double Master’s degree in Public Law and Public Affairs at Université de Bordeaux and Sciences Po Bordeaux. She also spent a year studying in Taiwan at National Sun Yat-sen University, which strengthened her international outlook and adaptability. Before joining EASE, she worked as Communications Manager for a university association promoting women’s rights and completed an internship in youth advocacy at Jeunesse au Plein Air.
