EOSE contributes vital analyses and studies to identify the real needs and challenges faced by sport organisations, ensuring that the project is rooted in evidence and aligned with labour market realities.

WUT – Warsaw University of Technology is one of Poland’s leading higher education institutions and brings expertise in engineering, digital transformation, innovation management, artificial intelligence, and IT tools. In TechSportKit, WUT contributes to the research and framework-building components of the project, helping the consortium understand how digital technologies are reshaping the sport sector and supporting the development of robust digital skills approaches

UNEFS – National University of Physical Education and Sport of Bucharest brings strong expertise in sport education, physical education, and international academic cooperation. Within TechSportKit, UNEFS contributes to the research and consultation phases and helps shape the project’s digital skills development dimension, ensuring that the sport workforce is better equipped to thrive in a digitalised environment.

Sportwerk Vlaanderen is a Belgian network organisation and a long-standing reference in the professionalisation of the sport sector and employment in sport. With more than 30 years of experience, it plays a major role in connecting sport workers, employers and the wider sport ecosystem. In TechSportKit, Sportwerk Vlaanderen leads WP3, focused on analysing the efforts required to adapt sport staff to new technologies and identifying the digital skills needed across the sector.

Arbetsgivaralliansen is an independent Swedish employers’ confederation representing non-profit and idea-based organisations, including sport organisations. Its expertise covers employment law, working conditions, leadership, and employer support. Within TechSportKit, Arbetsgivaralliansen contributes to the analysis of workforce needs and helps ensure that digital transformation is approached in a way that is relevant to real employer contexts and labour market realities.

Ready Sport Global is a female-founded consultancy and learning hub specialised in sport, technology, and social impact. Based in Barcelona, it designs and delivers strategic initiatives, training programmes, and innovation solutions for sport organisations, athletes, universities, and technology actors. In TechSportKit, Ready Sport Global leads WP4, which focuses on the development of digital training modules and practical learning tools for sport professionals.

Sport Evolution Alliance is a Portuguese non-governmental organisation with experience in managing European projects and implementing innovative initiatives in sport. It contributes strategic guidance, operational expertise, and strong experience in capacity-building and digital resources. In TechSportKit, Sport Evolution Alliance supports the development and rollout of training and digital learning tools, helping ensure that the project results are practical, accessible and relevant to the sport sector.
